Various items which it would be useful to have for the development of this site and which I cannot find; items you may have come across which are not known to me; things which I would be pleased to have help with.
The Minute Book of the Baptist Congregation meeting at a house called Byedews in Tovil near Maidstone. This book was mentioned in 'A History of Maidstone by J.M. Russell, 1881'. May be in the possession of descendants of the Rev. Beale Post.
Genealogies of the following families or any parts of them:
Bedwell Law of London; pre 1850.
Ellis of Beverley or Elloughton in Yorkshire; pre 1820
Fowle of Sandhurst pre 1850;
Petter of Sandhurst pre 1800;
Anything about Andrew Robbins of Ludgate Hill or Lincoln's Inn, London, period appx. 1750-1780 ( born probably in Wittersham, Kent, abt 1707), or his descendants, if any.
Any diary, deed or map relating to Sandhurst, pre 1850 and still in private hands.
Any past or present subscriber wishing to hasten the transcription of Select Vestry records by helping with it, please contact me.
