Endorsed on the deed of 11 Nov 1834, between A C Lawrence & George Alfred Lawrence of the Inner Temple, London, esq., Barrister at Law, eldest son of A C Lawrence.Recital: That ACL had sold Silverdine Field, Barnfield, Downgate Field, Hollowfield & Coppin Field, Nos. 15, 16, 17, 18, & 19 on the map & reference mentioned above.Recital: That ACL wished to convey the remaining property to G A Lawrence.

27 Feb 1854. Geo Alfred Lawrence to David James Ivall of Dieppe, France.

Recital: that D J Ivall had lent G A Lawrence £800 on a mortgage in fee simple with power of sale, & penalty of £1600:

The messuage or tenement & Farm House at Silverdine, occupied by Thos. Hince; also the cottages severally occupied by David Weller, John Osborn, Henry Smith, Henry Clark, Martha Barnet & Thos. Clout, also Cross Field 2/0/38, Little Cross Field 0/3/0, Pond Meadow 1/1/12, Road Field 3/3/8, Lower Pond Field 5/3/12, Upper Pond Field 4/2/35, Upper Pond Meadow 5/1/5, Cross Shaw 0/1/18, Pond Shaw 1/1/34, Old Hop Garden 3/2/18, Orchard 1/3/38, Cottages & Gardens 1/0/22, Marsh Ground 0/0/18, Farm House &c 1/0/7, also occupied by T Hince. Proviso for redemption.

31 Jul 1854.  For £816 5s 6d from A C Lawrence to D J Ivall, the property to A C Lawrence.

31 Jul 1854. Witnessed that G A Lawrence was indebted to ACL. For £535 5s 0d advanced on 30 Jun to pay a debt to Leon Solomon, so the property charged in favour of  ACL for the sum & interest at 5%.
