For five shillings, one messuage divided into two dwellings, One barn, Two gardens, One orchard, & One piece of land (previously two), 2a, lately made into a Cherry garden, in Goudhurst, occupied by John Thorpe of Goudhurst  & Jane Stringer, widow, abutting to lands of Richard Horsmonden, gent, E; to lands late of John Austen and to the highway S; to a footway called Stony Lane to the lands late of  JA, W; and to lands heretofore of Thomas Seibley, N.
